Belated post, but we had a great Mother’s Day. We had a fun family trail walk complete with geese and ducks and Yuki (& Michael) got me a new pair of running shoes.

I’ve been planning an Easter Egg Hunt / Nose Work fun for Yuki for weeks now, but due to a family emergency, we were unable to do anything last week. Fortunately, the weather was sunny and nice today, so Yuki got her egg hunt. She loved it and had so much fun! She correctly found and identified eggs filled with treats, and then she even had fun playing with the empty shells.
Another toy Yuki got for Valentine’s Day. I love all the cute faces on each marshmallow.
“We had a great Valentine’s Day! Abby gave me treats&toy, Knoxy sent me a barkentine, I got lots of pink toys, Dad made mom lots of food, and got her pretty roses.”
“Happy Chinese New Years! We dressed up in a chipao and kimono, and I got red envelopes from both my grandparents to buy noms and toys. Mom is such a proud dork and I’m just like huffff. AROO~”
“I gave up some of my cheez fund and me and dad got mom a Burberry tote for Shibamas! Iz perfect for carrying my new Retina display iPad, noms, and all my toys!”
“Secret Shiba 2012 was so much fun!! I finally got to open my present from @demondogsports and I love it all!! The rattle&squeaky toy says ‘naughty’ on one side and ‘nice’ on the other - I think I rather like the ‘naughty’ side. I also got super nom cheezy hearts and liver squares that I nomed! Thank you!”
We got a very beautiful surprise in the mail today from @SakuraDivaDog’s humom! She is a master at making all sorts of beautiful pottery and made us a Shiba ornament in her studio. It’s so elegant and cute at the same time. Thank you!
